We went into the main office. “How come you haven’t looked at us,” Bird asked. He just continued to look down,” I wouldn’t want to scare you.” I looked at Bird and then the newcomer "It takes a lot to scare us both," Bird said. "It didn't seem to take much to scare you the first time," he said.I looked at him for a while. “We weren't prepared," I said. I could feel me anger coming to a boil. "Whatever," he said as he took off his cloak.
Bird gasps and I just remained silent. His eyes were red. Blood red to be exact. I could see the souls of other ponies floating around in his eyes. He looks at me and frowns. "You’re not afraid of me like your friend," he said. "Why?" I look into his eyes with my gray eyes."Look at me! I'm black with a blue muzzle, have a red and black mane and tail, and I'm friends with a pony that gets sugar highs every now and then. I make you look good.""If only you knew," he said. He seemed to be right for the job. "You’re hired,' I said.”Be at the club no later than five-forty five.""Got it," He said as he left.
Bird follows me out of the office. "You have a bad feeling about him?" I inclined my head. "He seems to have a past like mine. I wonder what makes him angry and why he is so cold?" "I know one thing," Bird says. "I don't remember my past except for my name.""It will come to you in due time, my hyper-active friend," I said. I could hear him laugh as we went into our houses.
I had nothing better to do so I went to see what kinds of movies were playing. I was deterred by the fact that they were all mare-flicks. I went back home and started making some song for that night. I was nearly done when a knock came at my front door. "Hello," said a mare that was at my door. She was pale yellow with a brown and bright yellow mane and tail. "Good day,' I said, bowing. I have a habit of bowing when I see a mare. It is a sign of respect to me. "I'm Harmony Charmer,' she said, holding out a hoof. "Cloud Flash,' I said. I had a very weird feeling that I knew her for somewhere. I shake her hoof. "Do you know when the club will be open next door?" she asks. "It is going to open tonight," I said. "Try and come on by." "I'd love to, but I have some work to do at home," she says with a frown. "Whenever you have time," I said. “We are open every day except Sundays." "Sure thing," she said. With that she left.
I closed the door and turned around and saw a disk lying on my coffee table. There was a note that said there was a song on the disk. The initials T.B on it. I went into the studio and listened to the track. I liked the song enough that I added it to the list of songs I had. When I looked at the time, I realized that I was running late. I gathered my stuff and went into the club. I was working on the stage when Betrayal came.
